We will disinfect and dust all surfaces of the new home inside and out, shine appliances and even clean the interior windows when needed. This gets your home (or your clients home) ready for immediate move-in. We enjoy providing a sense of relief to new homebuyers during the stressful process of moving.

New construction & post-construction clean-ups generally include the following:

• BathroomsToilet interior, exterior and behind cleaned, shower and tub, mirrors, sink and faucet(s) shined, interior and exterior of cabinets wiped clean, light fixture, baseboards and doors dusted, counter cleaned, floors thoroughly cleaned, toilet roll dispenser dusted, ledges and window sills dusted
• FloorsA thorough floor cleaning using high-powered backpack vacuums and professional grade mops with neutral floor cleaning solutions for all floor types
• KitchenCountertops shined, exterior of all appliances, dust cabinets inside and out, sliding glass door/track interior and exterior, kitchen window, sink and faucet area,
• DustingDusting baseboards, doors and doorways, above doorways,  window sills, wiping lightswitch plates, blinds, light fixtures, fans and fireplaces/mantles when applicable

Generally, the same as new home cleaning. We come in and shine everything from top to bottom so your new workspace is ready to open. 

Our backpack vacuums have suction to remove the finest of dust throughout your new home or after your remodel project.
